Sustainable Energy Performance
Utilivate delivers its Sustainable Energy Performance (SEP) program through a rigorous in-person or webinar training program or direct consulting engagement. In either case, a successful program must integrate energy planning with other critical planning activities. Workshop participants gain a better understanding of the ways in which accountability for results, establishment of meaningful measures and goals, a commitment to regular review, and the personal endorsement of senior leadership are all critical ingredients for an effective energy management program.
Energy Efficiency & Conservation
Utilivate's Performance-Grade Energy Assessment will provide an overview perspective of consumption in the facility as well as a base from which improvements can be measured. Upon completion of the energy assessment, the accumulated data will be analyzed and a summary report written to communicate findings and recommendations. The assessment will capture no- and low-cost, operations & maintenance, and capital improvement opportunites in the areas of lighting, heating, cooling, HVAC system, and process equipment. A financial analysis will be conducted to capture the impact of the energy conservation measures identified. A carbon footprint analysis will be also conducted as part of this work. The Utilivate Team and its partners will help implement high-impact measures selected by the customer.
